Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Before I went to bootcamp I weighed 160 pounds. When I left bootcamp I weighed 154 pounds. During my 10 days of leave and MCT I jumped to 180 pounds because we ate a lot, but didn t do any physical activities. I have been working out 5-7 days a week doing cardio most of the time. Im eating right and cut out sugar, yet im still not losing a single pound. What am I doing wrong?
For reducing weight you have to take a diet which is high in fiber and low in fat. For this you have to take plenty of green leafy vegetables. You have to avoid fat rich foods like oils, butter, ghee, cashewnuts, etc. You should also avoid sweet drinks and sweets or at least try to reduce their intake. In addition you have to take a brisk walking for at least 40 minutes a day. With these you can reduce your weight gradually. Though there are drugs to reduce weight, they should be used only as a last resort.
