You can control weight by medicines, diet and exercise balance.
Please don't worry about that.
Take very light breakfast.
Take protein and fiber rich diet like fresh fruits, green veg, beans etc.
Avoid bread, biscuits, butter, oil, jam etc.
Also avoid fatty and spicy diet and also fast food..
Do
relaxation therapy and proper rest whole the day.
Take whole grains also instead of refined.
Drink plenty of fluids and juices.
Drink water more.
Avoid too much rice, bread etc.
Do heavy exercise like cycling or swimming.
Do brisk walking daily around 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Don't sleep immediately after dinner.
