Suggest Remedy/exercises For Loss Of Appetite And Tiredness
hlo sir,i am 14 years old . my height is 5'3' .sir i am feeling very tired and energyless throughout the day. i know that i am hungry but i don't want to eat . sir what are basic and easy steps to overcome this problem and again become full of energy
1.Start trying with a healthy food products more of salads, fruits, fibrous diet. Avoid junk, spicy and excessive fat containing food and plenty of fluids.
2.Along with this start doing some workups and brisk walk and involving in some games / sports ( add proteins to diet if you do this)
3.Involve in activities to keep your self busy and forget the lowness.
4.For loss of appetite you can request your GP for an enzyme syrup which will make you feel hungry - but i hope you do as mentioned above you will feel to eat automatically.
5.Involve more in out door activities - that will help to get rid of energy less.
