Suggest Remedy For Perianal Sinus

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hello Doctor i got operated in 2001 for fistula and again from this august i got pain and when i got check and all done . They had done fistulagraph and find out that i got Perianal sinus.Please i dont want to go for surgery again.

Hi thanks for asking question.
In perianal sinus surgery is not needed if sinus is not infected.
But once it is infected then surgery is advisable.
Here is some suggestion.
Make that area clean and dry.Remove hairs from that area.
Eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables.
The garlic will be helpful if added in meal.
Add epsom salt in warm water and take anal bath with that for 20 minute.
In the early morning take honey with water or milk that is helpful as having antioxident property.
Drink more water.
If that area is swollen then hot compress can be applied.
Do regular exercise.
