Suggest Remedy For A Lump On Buttock Due To History Of A Fall

Hi . Almost 13 yrs back I fell from stairs n had bruises on my let buttock it resolved bt a lamp remained there now 1st time it s bothering me before 3 or 4 months before I became painful while sitting I thought It may be an abscess than it resolve on it s own n become very small again I forgot it now from 4 to 5 days it bothering me again what should I do now .

Welcome to HCM.I understand your concerns.
The lump is not infectious now,it got localised and remained like because of your active immunity.
It could be due to warm infestation sometimes.
For the pain and discomfort use warm and hot compresses alternately.
Permanent cure is only by surgical exploration under local anesthesia..
No medication will be effective now.
Consult a surgeon and dilatation and curratage should be done.
If you find any pus visiable.use antibiotic Amoxicillin 500 mg twice for 3 days.
