Suggest Remedy For A Puncture With Discharge At Surgery Site

Hi. I had a c-section a month ago and it was healing fine. But now on one side there is a little tiny whole and its all really red, the size of a fifty cent piece, and leaking. What should I do? And what does the red line look like caused by an infection?
