Suggest Remedy For A Red Swollen Breast Lump Previously Reported As Benign

I had a large lump had a mammogram and a ultra sound then a biopsy came back benign they left a marker in my breath all went good now for 3 days I ve been really sore tonight in took of bra mass has trippled in size skin in same area in swollen red and fevered to touch what could this be

I understand your concern.
Red swollen lump what you are suggesting to be experiencing in the breast appears to be 'breast abscess'.
It needs to be drained surgically. Besides it, you also need to undergo alternate day dressing along with intake of a course of oral antibiotics and analgesic medication. It might take about a week to ten days for complete resolution.
Kindly consult Surgeon promptly in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
