i tryed to pop a pimple under my skin, *thinking its a boil now* but once i tryed to pop it my lip jaw swolled up. its been 3 days. half my lip is swolen. my skin is very red swolen and it super hard. half of my chin is hard and its moving up my jaw bone. the gland under my jew bone is swolen and tnder....help i am scared what to do

I would advise you to visit dentist or oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the examination of the swelling and finding the source of infection. You might have to go for drainage of the abscess and antibiotic course to eliminate the infection. In addition, source of infection might need to be treated.
If you are in pain right now, you can take Ibuprofen 400 mg or Ketorolac 10 mg up to three times a day.
