Suggest Remedy For A Swollen,itchy, Bruise In The Chin Of Unknown Origin

I woke up yesterday with a wierd bruise in my chin ..did not hit or bump area. pins and needle feeling from time to time and itches too slightly swollen under chin also nothing hurts. had blood work done yesterday and came back fine .. today i am extremely tired and running slight fever..any suggestions thx Carol

It is possible that the lesion may represent either a cold sore or shingles infection.
These are two possibilities.

If the immune system is impaired due to an underlying infection then this can cause either one of these to pop up.
The fever would be due to the body's inflammatory's response.
