Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea Post Intake Of Corn

I accidentally ate corn that was spoiled. Had extreme pain in the mid-left abdomen a few hours later. Went to restroom and had slight diarrhea, and was very lethargic. Now the cramping traveled to mid-central abdomen. The area felt like it s on fire and is somewhat bloated. But can t pass gas or poop, but am feeling less lethargic than earlier.

1. Fructose which is a an artificial sweetener in corn syrup is poorly digested and absorbed and thus is cause of flatulence, cramps and diarrhea.

2. take plenty of water, liquids, orolyte, black tea, buttermilk, biscuits, overripe bananas, coconut water, and I don't think that presently you require any anti diarrheal drugs but may take an anti spasmodic medicine for colicky pain
