Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Cramps With Vomiting And Headache
Im throwing different amounts of stuff my head is hurting and everything i see is fuzzy i have a fever but i had my appendix token out about several months ago but now im hurting higher i have endometriosis and my ovaries are killing me what do i need to do?
Because you have fever, you seem to be going though an infection, which most of the times is viral in origin. There are drugs to help with abdominal cramps and the vomiting but mostly they are not over the counter and you will need to see your doctor to access them. Metochlorpramide can be used to reduce the nausea and the vomiting. Meanwhile you need to get oral rehydration solutions to substitute the lost liquids and electrolytes and try to drink frequent small amounts. For fever and the headache you will need some ibuprofen or paracetamol. Resting is also important to help your body recover.
If no improvement in 2-3 days or you notice any worsening you will need to see your doctor.
Endometriosis seems a separate issue, it does not cause the fever. To help with endometriosis symptoms ibuprofen can be tried and if not helpful enough the doctor may prescribe oral contraception or other drugs.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
