Hi. I suspected my 23 months old daughter had worms and got Vermox. Day 1 gave her runny tummy and tummy pains. Day 2 her stolls decreased and the tummy aches as well. Does this mean she had worms and they were being expelled? Should I be concerned? The stools were very acidic and went from brown to yellow and gave her a nappy rash. I did not consult a doctor as I was told they should be dewormed regularly and she was never dewormed. What made me suspicious was scratching in the nose, irritability and mild loss of appetite. She was behaving as if she was was going out of her mind. Biting on her teeth as well. She has calmed down a lot since vermox had been administered. The dosage is 5ml twice a day for 3 days.
