Hello and welcome to HCM,
Long term use of broad spectrum antibiotics can upset the symbiotic bacteria present in the gut and thus cause diarrhoea and stomach upset.
Thus, a lactobacillus preparation is recommended along with antibiotics.
I suggest you to report this problem to your treating doctor and get a lactobacillus preparation prescribed.
Lactobacillus preparation maintains the bacterial colonization in the and thus prevents stomach upset and diarrhoea.
A history of lupus and lymphoma is unlikely to be associated with diarrheoa.

Thanks and take care
