Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain Due To Large Perforations In Stomach
My Daughter had diarrhea and vomiting for 24 hours, passed out and hit her head. Her husband took her to the hospital and they admitted her and gave her a CAT scan for head which was negative. The tests indicated that she hadLow white and low red blood cell count and abnormal potassium. They sent her home Wednesday. No results on cultures. She had recently had an endoscopy which indicated white dots and the test results in the stomach indicated larger than usual opening from the stomach to the esophagus. She has been released but her pain continues. and her stomach is still distended. The doctors say that that is normal but she is in a lot of pain. She is taking Prilosec and probiotic. No other suggestions were made to help her with pain. What do you think it s going on?
I assume that the gastroenterologist has taken biopsies from the white spots in esophagus and stomach. The biopsy report will determine the pathology in these lesions and thus management of the problem.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
