Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain With Numbness And Tingling In Back And Side

For the past few Months the right Mid area of my side has been hurting and has progressively gotten worse. I thought it was just a mass of muscle that had knotted up from a bottom disc in my spine that is deteriorating (I ve had this issue before, but nowhere near as bad). Now I am having a horrible tingling sensation almost numbing up the mid area of my back and side. It is more aggravated as I walk and I feel right above my bottom as well. I m not sure exactly what I need to do.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A neurologist should be consulted [nerve conduction studies can give ideas] it can provide 3 - 4 options local injection or physical therapy or topical medication. Unless root cause is known, specific treatment can be given. Spine care program of 'Art of Living' is very useful, combine this with medication to speed up recovery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
