Suggest Remedy For Abnormality In Stress Test
I am 31 years Asian Male, my stress test has come abnormal. Prior to my stress test my EKG , BP , Pulse rate were normal.My doctor has suggested for a stress Eco. I had pain in my left chest area which comes and go from past 1 month. I am really tensed and worried..

Since your stress test is abnormal,you are rightly advised for further evaluation.Abnormality suggests there is mismatch in blood supply to heart muscles during high demand.
You are rightly advised for stress ECHO. Angiography can be done after evaluation.
ECHO can evaluate functions of heart like wall movement,ejection fraction etc.
Whereas angiography assess coronary blood vessels,whether there is any block or not.
These investigations are important because intervention(if required )can be done in time.
It is good that you have quit smoking.Don't worry,you should go for investigations.
