Suggest Remedy For Accidental Ingestion Of Sunflower Seeds

I ate sunflower seeds yesterday and one of the shell pieces got lodged what feels like behind my tonsils or that thing hanging down , tried eating and rinsing but it is still there and really bothering me . Have felt like throwing up the whole time . How can I get this out

Hello,

It sounds like the seed is stuck in one of the spaces at the back of the throat.

I would advise you to visit a casualty or a&e for the doctor there to be able to look down your throat with a small mirror and see where the seed is.
If easily accessible, the doctor may be able to remove it for you.
