General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with persistent acid reflux disease following intake of unienzymes and zantac with bloody stool I am suggesting you have developed melana(dark bloody stool)

In view of this please do an endoscopy with a colonoscopy to rule out other possible causes of bloody stool

Please schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
