Suggest Remedy For Acidity Problem

Hi , I have fever and also some infection, Doctor suggested me to take Azethral for infection and calpol for fever, but after eating azethral i feel acidity problem. So again i called up doctor, he suggested to take take pantocid 20 .But still i am facing acidity problem. Please suggest me.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from medication induced hyperacidity and as you are given Azithral that contains active ingredient Azithromycin that is an antibiotic and hyperacidity is a common side effect caused by antibiotics..

As you are taking Pantocid 20 and not relieved you can take Pantocid 40 empty stomach in the morning and along with it take antacid like milk of magnesia half an hour before meals..
Take more of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet..
Drink plenty of cool water..
Take a low spiced diet..
In case if it still does not improve consult your physician and he can reduce the dose of the antibiotic or change to another substitute..
