Hi, I'm a 32 year old female. I suffer from adult acne I think possibly to PCOS - I am yet to have this medically confirmed. For two days now I have had a large patch of what seems like very dry skin appeared on the side of my face. It follows an almost circular pattern from the right hand side of my lip and around the lower jaw and cheek. Approximately 50cm in diameter. It's not flakey, it just feels extremely dry and is slightly pink in colour. It's almost like all the pores have formed tiny little hard bubbles or lumps and it seems to be spreading. Does this sound like anything you can advise upon?
