Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have symptoms of acne on forehead, it occurs when a pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with debris, bacteria and dead skin cells and causing area to be red and swollen. You should wash your face using a clindamycin gel with mild soap and lukewarm water. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments. I would suggest you to exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe stronger antibiotics along with retinoids and issoteritenoin .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
