Suggest Remedy For Acute Withdrawal Symptoms From Suboxone
hi i flushed my norco. i was taking 7 a day for 3 months and decided it was too much. i got 3 8mg suboxone and broke them into 2 mg pieces and have been taking them for 5 days to east the acute withdrawal. i want to stop taking suboxone now. can you tell me what to expect?
After long and regular intake of opiods, it tends to cause physical dependence which leads to these withdrawal symptoms. Weaning off these drugs or detoxofication is important in order to avoid unpleasant and few dangerous side effects. This is best done under the supervision of a psychiatrist who would address all your concerns as and when you encounter any problems during the process.
A psychiatrist can assess your status and advise you accordingly regarding when and how you can stop taking suboxone.
Hope your query is answered. Dr Anjana Rao Kavoor
