Suggest Remedy For Addiction To Lucozade Energy Drink

Hi I ve drunk lucozade for 15 years, it s been my breakfast for this period of time. I drink 1/2 litres a day. It has to be original and cold. I m 31 5 4 10 1/2 stone and have an under active thyroid. I need to stop drinking it but I m addicted. Can you help please

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the chronic addiction of long term energy drink conusmption do require specific attention and care to practise and have rid off it.

Guidelines at present

- make a mind set that you want to get rid off it anyhow

- gradually reduce the consumption of energy drink to 50 ml less quantity every week as sudden withdrawal is associated with cramps and other problems
- add substitute harmless liquids as fresh lemon juice, coconut water, rice water, barley juice, butter milk against that.

- if required can take advise of an expert specialist in this regard as well for smooth recovery and hassle free outcome.
