Suggest Remedy For Allergies, Cold, Fatigue, Sleeping Troubles And Heavy Eyes

I have allergies and a cold and I am very tired. I tried a few nights ago to go to bed early, but it didn't help, even when I slept in for a good 15 minutes. I was more tired that day than I have ever been. Now, my eyes are having a hard time blinking because my eyelids feel like lead. What do I do?

Hello
I think your allergies and cold are causing all these problems of sleep disturbance, fatigue and heaviness in eyes.

In my opinion, You would require anti allergic drugs like fexofenadine or levocetrizine (prescription drugs). These will help you to sleep as well.

Other then this, try to protect yourself from allergens.

Do steam inhalation.

Take ibuprofen for headache.

Consult your physician.

Thanks.
