Hello,

Hot flashes are due to total hysterectomy that was done in 2014, take regular baths and wear soft cotton light colored clothes. Avoid red meat and full fat dairy products and take healthy food like fruits, berries and whole cereals. You are very young, you just need a healthy lifestyle switchover. Side effects of certain anti anxiety medications may cause mood swings and insomnia thus triggering fatigue, anger or loss of control. You can talk to your treating doctor and either taper the doses of the medicines you are taking or get it replaced by alternative medicines that suit you better.

Stay calm and cheerful, getting physical is not good, love yourself so that you can control your actions. You need to learn how to take self care. You have neglected yourself much. Take water, juice, soups; they will help you detox as well as keep you healthy and in shape. Take time to do some reading, listen to some good music and do a little dancing to keep yourself fit and active. Sex is an important physiological need, do not let your sex drive go low. Maintain intimacy with your partner, relax more and stress less. Try different things and postures to spice up your sex life.

Take vitamin E supplements or food rich in saffron, fenugreek, dry fruits with a dash of red wine to boost up your libido. Stay positive and active, you will not loose anything in life. Take medicines for help, do not become dependent on them. Take food rich in iron, calcium, zinc and vegetable proteins. Take multivitamin supplements. If still you need help, connect with a Physical therapist. Come back to shape. If you are unable to ditch your bad habits (anger and getting physical), you should connect with a psychiatrist / counselor.

Avoid carbs, trans fat, sugar, refined flour, cheese, oily fatty food, etc. Avoid sedentary life. Stop thinking about menopause, start to realize how young & beautiful you are. Let your internal beauty reflect in your external behavior, try it. Everything will be fine. Don't wait for others to appreciate you, learn to appreciate yourself. Stay well hydrated, take adequate beauty sleep, stay pleasant.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
