Suggest Remedy For Bad Cold With Sinus Infection And Dry Cough

I just got over a bad cold, sinus infection, and dry cough. The cough was getting better but now it is back and there is a terrible metallic taste in my mouth. It has been a dry cough. I just finished 10 days of antibiotics. Should I be concerned about the cough and metallic taste or just give it more time?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank for asking to HCM.
As per your clinical history it appears as you are having allergic Rhino sinusitis .
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Plenty of fluids , Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop & combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast .
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
