Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic HCM. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

It seems to be a bacterial infection induced pus in the area that is so smelly. It happens post dental-extraction and is very common. It can be handled with the use of antibiotics. Doxycycline is a good antibiotic with a wider spectrum of bacterial cover. Complete the course. And if even after the completion of the antibiotic course for 10 days, there is no change in situation, get yourself checked back by the dentist for any retained part of the tooth over there.

Don't forget to start Luke warm saline gargles, dental floss and two times brushing the teeth.

Hope I answered all of your questions. Please don't forget to add your precious positive feedback to help me able to assist you better in future too. Have a wonderful time ahead. Keep in touch for a follow-up too to let me know if you have any doubts & need further assistance. I am available 24/7 for your help. Have a blessed time ahead.
