Suggest Remedy For Big Bump And Pain Near Ribs Due To Injury

About a week ago I had a horse fall on me and smashed me on my right side of my body. I have not rested or allowed by ribs to heal at all. They hurt me 24/7 and it is hard for me to sleep. There is a pretty big bump where it seems my ribs have moved. I understand ribs must heal on their own, so do I need to still go to the er??
