I fell 10 feet off of something on saturday, I landed on my side. My elbow is black and blue but did not break it. since then I have notice my stomach is about 2 inches bigger. I am in good shape and work out reg. 3 times a week. Not sure if this could be an issue or from the fall.

Hello,

You cannot measure your stomach by just looking it. If there is no pain, no bluish color in this region and you feel perfectly fit (no weakness or dizziness), there is no reason to panic. Otherwise, if you have any of these symptoms, I would recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound and a complete blood count.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
