Understanding your concern. As per your query you have black patches around the neck which occurs due to hypersensitivity of skin and increased exposure to sunlight leading to hyper-pigmentation. I would suggest you to cover this area on exposure to sun light. You should apply TAN CARE with spf 26. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective medicines which are recommended in case of your condition.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
