Suggest Remedy For Black Pigmentation In Face And Hands
Sir I m suffering from a problem...... The problems is my face is becoming blacky particularly on forehead... And my hands are also same..... If I go somewhere like cold wether place my face looks very dull.... And the wrong thing is I m a smoker....
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have black pigmentation in face and hands which is because your skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented due to hormonal changes. It could be due to excessive exposure to sunlight. Need not to worry. You should avoid oily and fried food. Drink plenty of water and take diet rich in multivitamins. I would suggest you to apply mashed potatoes on skin for 15-20 min and then wash face, this helps in controlling black pigmentation without giving any side effects. You should apply kojivit cream as well. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil. You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms not resolving. Take supplements rich in vitamin C.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
