Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This bleeding blister could be hematoma or cyst contains blood but it needs visual inspection by the doctor preferably dermatologist to have a certain diagnosis.

If bleeding is continuous then it must be stopped immediately by means of pressure gauge application or if not possible then by catching the bleeder.

In my advise you should see a doctor immediately and get treatment done.

Regards,
