Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your symptoms, You have
rectal bleeding. Which is a very common symptom. Up to 15% of adults have seen blood on their toilet paper.
Bleeding can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the
rectum or anus.
2.Anal fissures- a tear sometimes caused due to hard stool passage. They are normally painful also
People who eat foods low in fiber are prone to
constipation and also to Fistulas & hemorrhoid symptoms
Take more fibrous foods like raw vegetables and fruits specially citrus fruits.
Don't
stress more during defecation. Laxative intake will be helpful if constipation is there. Drink lot of water.
If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist
Don't worry you would be fine
hoping your query is solved
