Suggest Remedy For Bleeding From Teeth After Injury In Child

my 5 yr old just fell down an hour ago and his top front 2 baby teeth starting bleeding a lot...the bleeding has subsided, but his top 2 front baby teeth are loose. Is there any way to save the baby teeth so they don t prematurely fall out? How to stop the bleeding completely?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bleeding from the teeth can be due to either fracture of the teeth due to traumatic injury caused due to fall while can also be from the gums following injury..
Secondly loosening of the teeth seems to be due to damage to the supporting structures of the teeth that helps in its anchorage..
At times due to fracture of the teeth also they can become loose..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get him evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis..
In case if there is fracture in the teeth then most probably extractions are to be done..
But in case if teeth are intact that splinting then together with wires can help in reducing the mobility when the healing occurs..
He can also be given antibiotics and painkiller to prevent infection and pain..
