Hello and welcome to HCM,
Ear piercing and wearing of ear rings is sometimes associated with inflammation and bleeding.
Inflammation causes formation of knot like lesion along the site of piercing and it is sometimes accompanied by bleeding.
Wearing of ear-rig should be avoided for some time till the inflammation and bleeding subsides.
You may consult your doctor if condition aggravates or does not relive within few days.

Thanks and take care
