I am a 32 year old male down with breakthrough chicken pox. I never had chicken pox as a kid and had one dose of the vaccine in 2006 (not the recommended 2 doses). The rashes started as more maculopapular than vesicular but after 3 days they still have not burst and I see a few of them turn black from the center. Is this a sign of further infection of the skin that can cause scaring ? What can I do to the blister that are turning black and are not showing signs of bursting/weeping ?
