17 year old daughter has open blister on in side upper thigh going area with smaller blisters that have spread up leg and edge into pubic hair area, they hurt and it all started with a sharp pain she thought was a cut. 4 days ago. not sexually active is a dancer and wears leggings often

It can be due to some fungal infection for which take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil itching and brufen or akilos-p for pain. Apply clonet lotion or clo-trimazole cream locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
