Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blocked ear with pus discharge, swollen cheeks after sinus infection is normal as there is spread of infection through facial spaces. Swelling on face, eyes and ears occurs due to maxillary sinusitis. You need not to worry about it. You should visit ENT specialist once and get paranasal sinus X-ray done to check extent and level of infection. You should start medication once diagnosis is made and start treatment after proper prescription as you are pregnant as well. You should drink plenty of water. Take anti inflammatory drugs such as Sinarest along with this. Avoid use of cold liquid substances. Apply cold compressors on face. Take steam inhalation Apply mist humidifiers in room. Avoid oily food. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should gargle 2-3 times daily.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
