Suggest Remedy For Blocked Ears When Having Sinus Infection

I know I have a sinus infection, but my ears are now blocked and I can hear my heart beat, 24/7. I ve tried over the counter stuff, I.E. Night/Day Quil, Alka Slizer for Head Cold, Sinus Headache pills, but nothing seems to help much. It s been 6 days and I m ready to chop my head off. No temp. Coughing, congestion (big time), post nasal drop, headache, did have body aches, but they are pretty much gone, just in my head now.
