Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of hematuria and increase in size of the testicles. The causes look obvious. This occurs due to urinary tract infection causing inflammation of the urinary tract which in turn causes blood in urone also called as hematuria. This infection reaches the epididymis and testes in a retrograde fashion to cause epididymo-orchitis. This along with secondary hydrocele can cause the swelling of the scrotum. I would advise the following:: Get the urine and blood tested including culture and sensitivity. Ultrasonography of abdomen and scrotum and color Doppler to see for the correct diagnosis. Get the proper treatment. This is always a long term for such cases.
