Suggest Remedy For Bouts Of Depression With Mood Swings

I and my husband have taken early retirement at age 39 and are in Costa Rica because my husband doesn t like the cold winters in Canada. I feel after a year and a half sad and upset with the move because everything is unfamiliar eventhough we are fluent in Spanish and prepared for this move for a year prior to coming.. I feel like I will never see my family and friends again I know this is not logical but this is the way I feel. I need to know what to do about me being sad and frequent bouts of crying. I have been this way for 1 and 1/2 years. YYYY@YYYY
