Suggest Remedy For Breast Soreness Due To White Spot On Nipple In Nursing Mother
Good afternoon. I am 39 years old and my third child is 3 1/5 months old and I am breastfeeding. I seem to have a small white spot on my nipple, like an ulcer. My breast gets slightly hard in certain places and every now and then slight pains. How can I treat it as it is sore when I feed from it? Thank you.
