Suggest Remedy For Breathing Problem And Headache

Good Morning to you! Doctor, i seem to have this Phlegm in my head which i feel it in my nose and throat just anytime i take in water or finished eating...But sometimes it causes me some cease of breath and sometimes makes me fall sick starting from Headache...and this has been bothering me 3yrs now! pls i need to know what or which medicine can cure this???? Thank You

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

The history and symptoms suggests me that you may be having chronic sinus infection of allergic origin that is why you are getting all these problems.

The allergens can stimulate the mast cell to release the histamine which is causing all these symptoms.

For my patients I would suggest them to follow
1. Steam inhalation with Vapocaps
2. Oral Tab Montek LC, once in a day for 30 days.
3. Syrup Ambrodil S
4. Oral Antibiotic like Tab Bactoclav, 625 mg, twice daily for 5 days.
