Hi,

You should most definitely consult your doctor on this subject as soon as possible. The symptoms which you are describing can be caused by heart-disease that needs urgent treatment, and yes - especially at your age and general fitness. Do not delay - consult your doctor at the earliest opportunity.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maria Riechel-Sarup, General & Family Physician
