My Dear
Welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I have noted your details and related concerns. My view is that:
1 You seem to be having a
fungal infection called
Pityriasis versicolor, the name itself suggests that the lesions may be of different colors and brown is one of them
2 This responds well to treatment in the form of
Selenium Sulfide solution applied once a week. The solution has to diluted first with equal water and applied to all affected areas and a little beyond and left overnight for better results before you wash it off
3 additionally patients need to use Tab
Fluconazole 400 mg once in a wek for two weeks initially.
4 Good help is rendered by using
Miconazole solution applied daily after bath.
I have noticed that this regime works best for every patient of mine.
You are requested to take treatment regularly for about 4 months for complete resolution of problem
Our best wishes!
