Suggest Remedy For Bruise And Rash After Laser Hair Removal
Hello. I got laser hair removal last Wednesday. They put hydrocortisone on me after my treatment. I was also given a lidocaine numbing cream before hand. My face really itched so she told me to apply hydrocortisone cream. I purchased an OTC hydrocortisone cream with cooling gel because I wanted the itching to stop but it just got worse and worse. I now have a huge what looks like it could be a bruise or flat bright red rash around my mouth and under my neck.
Hi Thanks for writing to HCM. I read and understand your question very well. I try my best to solve it.
As per you have gone through a laser hair removal and you have a bruise and rash after that. I suggest you to apply OTC hydrocortisone on area regularly and also cover that part when you are going out side of your home. If symptom persist than you should concern your dermatologist for this. Donot waste much time , if possible immediately concern dermatologist.
I hope my advise will help you a lot. Thanks and Regards. Dr Vijay
