Suggest Remedy For Bugs In Hair And Severe Rashes On Legs

For several months I have had small very tiny things in my hair . I have found carpet beetles in I have found out they do leave bugs in hair. I now have very bad rashes on my legs. I have taken cetirizine Hydrochloride which does help a little . Would love to be free from this uncomfortable condition.

hygiene maintenance is best option and with insecticide carpet beetle should be removed from property. linen room and carpets and other belonging should be made free-from beetle.prevention is better then cure.
