Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Arms, Stomach, Back And Thighs

I have these bumps on my arms, stomach, back & thighs. My doctor said basically it happened because of my body when I had a cold. But I wasn t sick in a while & I get these headaches off and on but I get them everyday mostly, I do have some muscles pain and I m tied all the time

Hi Dear,

Symptoms of bumps on arms, stomach, back and thighs occur because of abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas.

I would suggest you to

- Maintain complete hygiene of these areas.

- Apply topical antibacterial cream bacitracin on these bumps.

- Take diet rich in multivitamins and drink plenty of water.

If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocycline, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical treatment.
