I have been having various skin issues. Almost my entire life I have been having these small bumps on my arms and legs. They are not acne bumps but they do contain some white liquid. are there any lotions that could help me get rid of them? now to my second concern i have a severely dry and itch scalp. my scalp tends to scab up and develops large dandruff. I have tried all the over the counter dandruff remedies and none of them work. I tend to get the rashes on my scalp when I'm stressed or during season changes.
What do you recommend I should do? What remedies are there.
