Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation During Urination After Brachytherapy

I had brachytherapy about 18 months ago. One of the side affects was a burning when urinating. It seemed to be getting better but in the last month the burning has come back and I am urinating 14-18 times a day. I ve passed a few blood clots a week ago for a few days but not now. I had been taking 2 aspirin twice a day for pain from over exertion. I stopped after the blood clots. No other symptoms that I can think of. I was going to contact my urologist next week but thought I d look online until then.
